Trump tells ABC Musk ‘lost his head’; ‘Not particularly’ interested in talking to him

In a telephone interview on Friday morning, hours after his scorching exchange with Elon Musk, President Donald Trump sounded remarkably carefree for his dispute, as if not even the most interesting thing that happened on Thursday.

Speaking in a phone call on Friday morning shortly before 7 in the morning, ABC News asked him about the reports that he had a scheduled call with Musk for later in the day.

“Do you mean the man who has lost his head?” He asked, saying that “he was not particularly” interested in talking to him at this time.

He said Musk wants to talk to him, but he is not ready to talk to Musk.
